Ministry Of Sound and cosmetics retailer Lush have announced a weekly gaming livestream that will feature a mix of guest musicians and streamers.Titled Beyond The Player, the livestream will be hosted by NNESAGA founder Stephanie Nneoma, and feature “in-depth interviews with some of the industry’s most prominent figures, gaming challenges and giveaways”.Nneoma will be joined by a range of guests on the show. A number of musicians — including Talia Mar, Sim0ne, VENBEE, Bklava, wAFF and Jordan Adetunji — have already been confirmed, along with streamers Sunpi, Ebonix, and King Jae.Beyond The Pale will be hosted through Ministry Of Sound’s Twitch channel, and after its first livestream kicks off on May 9, it will run every Tuesday for eight weeks.Across those two months, the stream will cover a number of games that are releasing in that period — including The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom, Street Fighter 6, Diablo 4, and Final Fantasy 16.As the schedule suggests, it’s going to be a busy few months for gaming releases.

Respawn Entertainment, the studio behind Apex Legends, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Titanfall, has called out the “harassment” its developers are receiving from some players.Taking to Twitter, Respawn shared a statement that explains how “recently, we have seen increased harassment towards members of our development team.”“We welcome community input, however the line between constructive feedback and the harassment of our dev team cannot be crossed,” the post continued.“We want to remind our players that we have a zero tolerance policy for the threats and the harassment of our developers. In typical Fett fashion, most of this gameplay revolves around chasing down a bounty target.This involves a dramatic rooftop chase in Coruscant that culminates in Boba Fett tackling the man he’s hunting down, seconds before he can fly away.It looked like it could have shaped up to have been an exciting game, but unfortunately for Star Wars fans it was never meant to be.

Microsoft has announced that EA Play will finally be available for PC players with Xbox Game Pass after a previous delay.In an Xbox Wire post, the Xbox Game Pass team confirmed that Xbox Game Pass PC and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to access games from EA Play from March 18 at 2pm PT.First announced last September, the partnership meant that Xbox Game Pass members would be able to access games from EA own’s subscription-based service at no extra cost.According to the post, this includes more than 60 titles from EA’s library, including Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, FIFA 20, Titanfall 2, as well as Star Wars Squadrons, which joins the service on the day of the PC launch.Game Pass members also have access to EA Play’s monthly
