Wrexham star produces own Hand of God moment to send Ryan Reynolds wild before heartbreak
Wrexham striker Paul Mullin sent Ryan Reynolds wild after producing his own Hand of God moment in their 5-4 play-off defeat to Grimsby Town. The two National League sides put on a barnstormer of a match in their semi-final showdown which included a controversial moment when Mullin bundled in to put his side 3-2 ahead. The ball went in off his arm Diego Maradona-style, but the handball wasn't spotted by the officials.Reynolds was jumping around with joy as he celebrated the goal along with co-owner and fellow actor Rob McElhenney, with both having made the journey from America to watch the match. They had seen their side take the lead early on through a Mullin penalty before visitors Grimsby hit back almost immediately and then drew ahead shortly after the break. Two quickfire finishes, including Mullins' illegal goal, had put the Welsh outfit back in front in the one-leg tie.
