Aside from winning 25 Grammys and five Oscars, he is undoubtedly the most important musical artist living today. Tapped for Steven Spielberg’s personal semi-autobiographical film “The Fabelmans,” he adds another great composition to his already impressive resume. If nominated, at 90 years old he would surpass costume designer Ann Roth and documentarian Agnes Varda as the oldest nominee, of any competitive Oscar category, in history.

Fans were greeted with a couple first official looks at the new MCU series coming to Disney+. During the D23 Expo, the first trailers for “Secret Invasion” and the all-new Halloween special, “Werewolf by Night”, were shown much to their delight.

Marvel Studios took the wraps off its first TV special, the Halloween-themed Werewolf by Night, at Disney’s D23 Expo on Saturday, unveiling a trailer and revealing that the special will premiere October 7. Watch the trailer above and see the key art poster below.

Clayton Davis As one Oscar season comes to a close, another opens (at least to speculation) with Matt Reeves’ newest take on the Batman franchise starring Robert Pattinson, Jeffrey Wright, Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano and Colin Farrell.The director and co-writer (along with Peter Craig) delivers a dark take on the world’s greatest detective as he battles villains the Riddler, the Penguin and (sorta, but not really) Catwoman. Receiving positive reviews from critics, will this new take on the Caped Crusader land major Oscar attention —  including best picture — following in the footsteps of “Black Panther” (2017) and “Joker” (2019)?But with a limited sense of what the rest of 2022 will have to offer the cinematic landscape, there are certainly two spots well worth considering “The Batman” for recognition: cinematography and original score.

Robert Pattinson has revealed that he started making “ambient electronic music” while in costume during the filming of The Batman.Pattinson plays the titular superhero in the new Matt Reeves-directed movie, which is set for release on March 4.Speaking in a new interview with GQ, Pattinson recalled the “bubble within a bubble” which existed on the set of The Batman just outside of London.“And the nature of the shoot was so kind of insular, always shooting at night, just really dark all the time, and I felt very much alone,” he said. “Even just being in the suit all the time.
