Paisley drug dealer was caught red-handed after cops mounted a sophisticated surveillance operation. Jordan Souness Durrant Cummings, 32, was busted after running a heroin-dealing business from his flat in the town.Paisley Sheriff Court heard police set up observation on his property in the town’s Douglas Street, where they documented comings and goings at the flat.Cops also used an unmarked car to tail and stop drivers who had visited Cummings to buy Class-A substances.Procurator fiscal depute David McDonald told the court police tailed a black Vauxhall Vectra after it left the property on August 6 last year.He said: “Police in an unmarked car followed the male motorist into Brown Street where the driver removed a large bag of brown.
