UFC star and Liverpool fan Paddy Pimblett has picked his all-time Reds XI, but there was no place for legendary defender Jamie Carragher.The 27-year-old has quickly become one of the most loved UFC stars in England, and the love he shows for his city of Liverpool has only deepened his connection with those in Merseyside.
Pimblett is a big Reds fan, and has even been seen in the away end at Inter Milan earlier on in their Champions League venture this season.Like all Liverpool fans, Pimblett is delighted with the current squad under Jurgen Klopp, but there were some old faces named when he picked his all-time Reds XI on BT Sport.
But there wasn't any room for Carragher in his selection, as the current Monday Night Football host was left out.Pimblett revealed his squad on BT Sport, as he said: "Goalkeeper, no questions asked - Alisson Becker.
Left-back, Andy Robertson and centre-half, the best centre-half I've ever seen, Virgil van Dijk. "And then I'd probably go with (Joel) Matip to be honest.
