Paddy McGuinness is set to replace Sue Barker as host on A Question of Sport while Sam Quek and Ugo Monye will take over as team captains.The major shake up had former footballer Alex Scott previously linked to the role of anchoring the show, with Jack Whitehall and Peter Crouch also understood to have been considered.But Top Gear co-host McGuinness, 47, has secured the role and will team up with Olympic hockey gold medallist Quek and ex-England and Lions rugby star Monye.Quek has presented sport on TV including American football, rugby and hockey.

Monye is a prolific rugby broadcaster both on radio and television.The BBC announced ten months ago that they were ending the 24-year stint of Barker, who took over from forner presenter David.
