Dawn Bilbrough, 52, made headlines last March when she posted a tearful video pleading with the public to stop panic buying after finding supermarkt shelves empty.
She later went on to develop coronavirus symptoms but is now back in work. Speaking to BBC Radio 4's The World This Weekend she said nothing in her 20-year nursing career could have prepared her for the last 12 months.
