THE Apprentice star Stephanie Affleck has revealed show secrets including what REALLY happens in Lord Alan Sugar's boardroom.
The 27-year-old business owner told fans that they spend HOURS in the boardroom discussing every detail of the task before one contestant gets fired.
Despite the boardroom scene roughly taking up 20 minutes of the hour-long episode, Stephanie said that contestants are a usually in the boardroom for a "whole day" and Lord Sugar gets a "comprehensive" breakdown of the task before making his decision.
During an Instagram Q&A, a fan asked how long the contestants actually spend in the boardroom. Lifting the lid on the on the BBC One show, Stephanie replied: "The boardroom takes a whole day to film and we are in there for hours. "Lord Sugar really does cover everything to make his final decision, so although as a viewer because you only see 20-30 minutes, you ask how did he get to that decision?
