Environment Secretary George Eustice has warned there will be no "dramatic overnight change" to the current coronavirus lockdown restrictions in England.

Speaking at the daily Downing Street press conference, Mr Eustice said the UK is still "not out of the woods" when it comes to the coronavirus threat.
