And the 73-year-old has thrown his name into the hat for the post - eight months after he walked away from Middlesbrough. Warnock announced he was retiring from the Beautiful Game, but the retired life doesn't seem to be suiting the former Boro man.
And according to The Sun, Warnock could be ready to come back into football with Sunderland.
