Mum 'too stressed to work' as surgeon sues her for slamming boob job operation online

plastic surgery on Facebook is the second to be hit by a lawsuit from the same surgeon.Jasmin Harley, 37, has found herself locked in a legal battle and too stressed to work after receiving a court writ claiming that comments she made online were defamatory.The Daily Star reported last summer how Dr Anh Nguyen took legal action against former patient Rebecca Hinsley who complained about her breast augmentation on the Facebook pages Tummy Tuck Western Australia and Botched Surgery Support Group.Dr Nguyen claims she had been defamed by both Ms Hinsley and Jasmin whose mental health has nose-dived since becoming embroiled in a legal row.Jasmin from Perth, Western Australia, got her first boob job in April 2017 but her smooth implants failed to hold the tissue and within six months, her breasts were 'near her knees again'.

Over a year later Jasmin had revision surgery to "fix it" but claims her new implants were not what she asked for and her arms formed fat pockets as a result of excess skin removal.

In November Jasmin was served a notice outlining a lawsuit against her which she has now responded to and must now prepare to appear in court.

The mum who has splashed out £21,000 on cosmetic surgery since 2005 has been forced to shut down her beauty therapy business due to the stress caused by the lawsuit.Jasmin told the Daily Star: "At the start when I got the concerns notice I was in shock, went through I guess all the stages of grief.
