A shocking picture shows a toddler forced to live in a cage alongside a 10ft boa constrictor - in a trailer where an arsenal of weapons and drugs were found.

Three adults have been charged after the one-year-old was found by police inside a 'kennel' surrounded by mice and snakes. Police were called to the trailer in Henry County, Tennessee, after receiving reports of animal neglect, and were stunned with the sickening scene.

The little boy was found in a 4x4 cage in the living room, with no toys or blankets. The boy's mum Heather Scarbrough, 42, her boyfriend Thomas Brown, 46, and his father Charles Brown, 82, have been charged with aggravated child abuse and aggravated cruelty to animals.
