The film was shot in the Before Times of 2019, when he could have access to a gym and normal travel. Teller trained with Jason Walsh, a celeb fitness coach who also counts Matt Damon, John Krasinski, and Brie Larson as famous clients, to pack on almost 10kg of muscle to portray a trainee pilot.
