Two Met Police officers have been sacked after taking "shameful" crime scene photos at a murder scene involving two sisters.
Pc Jamie Lewis, 33, and former officer Deniz Jaffer, 47, referred to victims Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman as "dead birds" on social media.
The offensive term was used when the officers shared pictures of the two women on WhatsApp groups after straying away from their cordons.
