Associated Newspapers is contesting Markle's lawsuit, and the full trial is scheduled to take place at the High Court in London in the fall.«At its heart it's a very straightforward case about the unlawful publication of a private letter,» Markle's lawyer, Justin Rushbrooke, said at a remote hearing on Tuesday, via Rushbrooke said.
