Donna Booth ordered food from the fast food restaurant in Wallasey, Wirral, on Monday, to be delivered to her home. The 44-year-old said her husband went to collect the order from their doorstep when he found a note folded on the top of the bag.
The note said: "May positive thoughts and not fear guide you to conquer everything you wish for your future. Stay safe and enjoy your food!" The message was signed by the delivery driver, Luis Fernando, and a smiley face.
