Man filmed carrying dog by 'throat' in disturbing dashcam video

dog "by the throat".The unsettling incident was captured on the motorist's dashcam when he was driving on Hill Street in Hednesford at around 6.10pm on Monday (June 6).When the car passes the road, a man is seen picking up a white dog and seemingly holding it by the neck or the throat.The dog's limbs hang mid-air while the man struggles to carry it and walks properly.The motorist posted the video on Facebook and it was sparked concerns among animal lovers.

The driver told Birmingham Live: "It looks like he picked up the dog its throat. It is horses for courses — whether it was its neck or throat or whatever. "I don't think you are supposed to pick up animals by the neck and throat."In comments, on Facebook, people are saying 'the scruff of the neck'.
