Manchester City have identified Bayer Leverkusen forward Leon Bailey as a replacement for Leroy Sane should he leave the club this summer, according to reports.
Sane has once again been heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich in recent weeks, after the German giants failed to sign their No.1 target last summer as they looked to replace departed legends Frank Ribery and Arjen Robben.
Bayern have made no secret of their desire to bring Sane back to Germany and they drew the ire of City last year with their public pursuit of the winger, with star players and high-ranking club officials all discussing the potential transfer in the media.
