A man and woman have been charged with the murder of a five-week-old baby boy. James Dean Clark, 31, and Helen Jeremy, 26, are accused of killing Sean Clark at an address in Warmley, Gloucestershire, on January 14, 2018.
Avon and Somerset Police said the pair have also been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child. Clark and Jeremy were due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Clark, of Warmley, and Jeremy, of Kingswood, were remanded in custody ahead of the court appearance. A police spokesperson said on Tuesday: "We’ve charged two people with the murder of a five-week-old boy in 2018.
