Married At First Sight Australia star Selin Mengu was forced to flee a burning vehicle as she celebrated her birthday with a group of pals.The 32-year-old reality star quickly left the luxury Hummer after it caught fire on their way to a strip club.In videos shared by comedian Christine Abadir, Selin's friend, the group can be seen standing on the edge of the road with the car on fire in the background.TikTok star Christine explains in the video: "Guys, our Hummer’s on fire and I’m not even joking."We were partying and listening to Tupac, and then it started foaming and doing smoke."And we were like, okay it’s the party lights, it’s okay."Turns out it’s not the party lights or the party smoke, it was an actual fire."Despite the frightening situation, birthday girl Selin and her friends seem to be making light of the moment.In some clips shared on social media, the gang can be seen twerking in front of the fire.In another piece of footage, Christine said: "If you ever feel ugly and depressed just remember that our Hummer is on fire in the middle of a highway.Christine also joked that the police officers were so "hot", adding: "Maybe they can be the stripper"’.Videos from earlier in the night showed Selin enjoying her birthday night out sipping Champagne in the luxury car, before disaster struck.The group did eventually end up making it to the strip club, although they were transported in a fire engine rather than a luxury $222,00 vehicle.It comes after Selin's time with husband Anthony Cincotta came to an abrupt end after they both decided to write "leave" during a commitment ceremony, which aired on the E4 reality show earlier this month.
