SCOTT Thomas has opened up on the work that went into his jaw-dropping body transformation after losing two and a half stone.
The Love Island 2016 star embarked on a wellness journey where he gained weight in order to build up his muscle, then lost the excess weight while retaining the new muscle mass.
In 2020 Scott launched his passion project Food4Thoughts - a business dedicated to finding a bespoke way to achieving body or weight loss goals - with his schoolfriend Eden Thomas. “I’ve always been naturally skinny, so I decided to go on a bulking programme with Food4Thoughts, and that involved me having to put on about 2.5 stone which, in turn, means you put on some fat as well as muscle mass – and that’s what I did,” he told Ok. “I literally went up 2.5 stone and I got to that point and, I wanted to be living proof that you can lose it and maintain the muscle that you’ve built.” “I did a body transformation in 2020 which led me to launch Food4Thoughts.
Basically, a lot of people know the well known saying that it’s 80% diet, and 20% exercise, but a lot of us turn up to the gym, get a personal trainer and we neglect the food and the nutrition.” He added: “That’s the biggest part.
