Former Love Island star Jack Fincham has discussed his battle with addiction and depression in a candid new video shared on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday afternoon.
The 30 year old explained that he was struggling and was in a "really dark place" with his mental health amid a "torrent" of online abuse and "fake friends" since his rise to fame.
Reality star Jack first uploaded a post in which he stated that he initially "deleted" the video because he was "embarrassed" but was "overwhelmed" with the supportive messages he had received.
In the following clip, Jack, who recently split from Frankie Sims, told his followers: "To touch on what's going on, I'm really struggling.
