The Enemy have announced a massive 2025 UK tour set to kick off later this autumn as a way to “experiment with some of the new tunes”.The indie giants are set to kick off their run of dates with a gig on October 10 at the O2 Academy in Oxford. From there, they will make their way across the UK with stops in Margate, Cardiff, London, Wolverhampton and more.They will wrap up with a show on November 14 at HMV Empire in Coventry.

MTV Unplugged will be coming to Paramount+ in the US, it has been revealed.Launched in 1989, the series staged special performances from popular performers in an acoustic setting. It aired regularly from 1989-1999, and then less frequently in the ‘00s, often billed as MTV Unplugged No. 2.0.

Matthew Perry’s death and the proliferation of ketamine in Hollywood is examined in a new documentary.The Friends actor died aged 54 on October 28, 2023, after being found unresponsive in a hot tub in his Los Angeles home. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office, his death was caused by the acute effects of ketamine, with drowning and coronary artery disease listed as other factors.Five people were charged in connection with Perry’s death in August 2024, including doctors Mark Chavez and Salvador Plascenia, the actor’s assistant Kenneth Iwamasa, former rehab program director Erik Fleming, and so-called “ketamine queen” Jasveen Sangha.Chavez, Fleming and Iwamasa have all pleaded guilty to drug charges.

It will be a bittersweet moment for Glasgow Film Festival director Allison Gardner when the curtain rises at the event’s opening night on Wednesday with the world premiere of John Maclean’s Tornado starring Tim Roth and Jack Lowden.
