South Lanarkshire Council is set to take part in a pilot scheme which will help them play their part in eliminating violence against women and girls.Scottish Women's Aid is launching a programme that will encourage workforces across Scotland to be better equipped to identify behaviours through their work roles that could signal that someone is at risk.The charity, which is launching the project with the Scottish Government, is confident that by providing employees with a better understanding of women’s inequality, domestic abuse and sexual violence, workplaces can play an important new role in driving change.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
