A former bricklayer who almost failed his GCSEs is now running an £11m-a-year business Welsh businessman Scott Davies is now earning millions every year after initially being let go by a bricklaying company aged just 22.
While still at school he was even told by his business studies teacher that he would go nowhere. Mr Davies now runs a multi-million-pound honey business, which has rapidly become one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK.
The Newtown-born entrepreneur was once described as a "nightmare" student who ended up bagging up coal when he left school now sees his products on the shelves of almost every British supermarket.
