Jason Leitch confirms Scotland nightmare scenario as 10pm pub closure leads to penalty blackout

On the BBC 's Off The Ball show, Leitch was asked if pubs would be breaking rules by staying open for an extra 15 minutes to screen a potential penalty shootout - and the answer wasn't promising.
