The Davidson County Medical Examiner’s office in Nashville confirmed to Fox News Digital that Neal’s cause of death was "acute combined drug toxicity."  The manner of his death was ruled an accident. Former "America's Got Talent" and "The Voice" contestant Nolan Neal died at the age of 41 July 20.
