By Naman Ramachandran The Board of Control for Cricket in India has indefinitely suspended the lucrative and hugely popular Indian Premier League cricket tournament, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The BCCI governing board, led by president and former India cricket team captain Sourav Ganguly, held a conference call Tuesday.
