Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby has revealed a bad habit in the bedroom, which she thinks might be negatively impacting her relationship with husband Dan Baldwin.

As a busy mum of three with a dizzyingly full TV schedule, the Wylde Moon entrepreneur finds herself with very little me-time - and when she finally gets some, she doesn't always spend it the way she had intended.Talking on ITV's This Morning, Holly confessed that the one thing she definitely needs is some quality time with her beau."Sometimes we're guilty of getting into bed and putting the telly on and watching a series," she explained."The kids are in bed and we're here watching telly!"Maybe we should switch the TV off and talk a bit more."The 40-year-old presenter might relish the chance to be a viewer of the TV for a change, after all the hours she spends working on it.However, a TV in the bedroom might well be a passion killer, not to mention that it can leave very little time for good conversation. On a previous episode of This Morning, Holly elaborated a little more on exactly what she likes to watch. She enjoyed the six-part documentary series The Jinx: The Life and Deaths of Robert Durst, which is based on a real-life murder mystery, seeing New York real estate heir Robert accused of foul play after his wife vanishes. The sinister sounding synopsis reads: "Four decades, three murders and one very rich suspect."Holly gave the show the thumbs up, revealing: "The last few seconds of that documentary is possibly some of the best TV I have ever seen."She is also a fan of Love Is Blind, a dating show where participants are allowed full access to find out about each other's personalities and minds, but know nothing about what their significant other looks.
