Michael Moseley's diet show faced further criticism this evening as its contestants revealed how much weight that they had lost.
Channel 4's How to Lose a Stone in 21 Days chartered how an 800 calorie a day diet affected a group of people's BMI and health.
However, the programme has been slammed by eating disorder charity Beat, who have accused it of "triggering huge eating disorders".
This evening, its contestants weighed and measured themsleves for a final time to discover whether their health markers had changed.
