THE cast of Home and Away have been forced to postpone scheduled filming due to ongoing coronavirus lockdown restrictions in Sydney.
The Aussie show - which has halted production over the past fortnight - was expected to resume filming after the coronavirus shutdown.
However, it has now been confirmed that the production break will be extended as a result of tighter lockdown restrictions in Sydney, where the soap is shot.
Home and Away star Shane Withington - who plays John Palmer - revealed the bad news over the weekend. He wrote on social media: "It really looks like they want people to stay at home unless their work is essential.
