Hollyoaks star Talia Grant has taken the time to reflect on 2020 - and their coming out as non-binary. Talia, who plays Brooke Hathaway on the soap, told that coming out as non-binary was their "biggest achievement" in a video reflecting on the past year.
They shared: "Coming out to people has probably been the biggest achievement, coming out as non-binary, that's probably been one of the biggest transitions in my life and and also the biggest achievement." The video asked the young cast the same questions they'd been asked in 2019, Brooke then naming five award nominations.
Talia was first cast in 2018. Their character Brooke is also autistic, entering the soap as a school student and being fostered by the Osbornes.
