Motorists are being warned to prepare for heavy fog this morning, as the Met Office issues weather warnings for multiple areas of the UK.Temperatures are also set to plunge in the next few days as forecasters warn of harsh arctic winds approaching from the north.Some regions will see snow fall for at least five days starting this week, as the wintry front begins to descend upon the country.At the same time, lows of minus 11 threaten to unleash icy conditions, causing further problems on roads and pavements.
