Staff and students at Blessed John Henry Newman RC College, in Oldham, have become 'accustomed to floods, leaks and issues with the heating system'.
Glyn Potts says the building is left 'petrifyingly cold' in some areas and sweltering in others. Last year, the MEN reported how it was forced to close to all but Year 11 pupils for two weeks after a 'severe leak' made 30 rooms 'unfit for use'.
