GREAT British Bake Off winner Frances Quinn has been banned from Waitrose after being accused of shoplifting. Undercover store detectives moved in after staff suspected Frances, 38, of not paying for her shopping — including flour and eggs.
Police were called and Frances, who won the show in 2013 with a three-tiered wedding cake, was interviewed. She was banned from the store, in Market Harborough, Leics, after agreeing to hand the items back.
Leicestershire Police confirmed a 38-year-old woman from that area has been banned from entering premises over claims of shoplifting.
