Gemma Collins got teary-eyed as she advised fans on dating - following her split from James Argent. Gemma and Arg are thought to have gone their separate ways after a fiery text message showdown.

In a since deleted post, Gemma shared screenshots of the messages in which Arg brands her "hippo" and "fat f**k." She's since apologised to Arg for sharing the screenshots to her social media followers.

But Gemma told fans that she would be taking some time away from social media after the exchange with Arg left her "heartbroken." After a fan wrote into her BBC Sounds podcast to ask some words of wisdom around dating, the GC admitted she was getting weepy.
