The 38-year-old, who won the baking show in 2013, was reportedly suspected of not paying for her shopping by undercover store detectives in the chain supermarket’s store in Market Harborough.
Police were called to the scene in Leicestershire and the woman involved agreed to give back the items in question. A spokesperson confirmed a woman in her 30s had been banned from entering the store after she was detained for attempting to leave without paying for goods.
