Eva Longoria Reveals Why She's So Selective of Who She Works With

The 49-year-old actress, producer and director was joined at the event held during the 2024 Cannes Film Festival by fellow entertainer Christina Milian.
While attending another event at the annual film festival, Eva opened up about being selective on who she works with. Keep reading to find out more… “I want to work with people I love,” she told People, before naming Gabrielle Union and Kerry Washington specifically, who she has upcoming projects with. “Life’s too short to work with a–holes, and I’d much rather be surrounded by people I love, and creatives that I respect,” she continued. Eva shared she calls her process “reverse engineering” and explained that before seeking a new project, she first finds who she wants to work with, then finds a project that will work for them. “It’s the people and their vision and what they bring to it more than the actual project,” she says.
