Chelsea fans could be allowed to attend matches again if new plans being discussed by the government are given the green light.
Blues supporters are currently not able to buy tickets for matches due to the sanctions imposed on owner Roman Abramovich by the UK government.
Abramovich has had his assets frozen due to his alleged links to Russian president Vladimir Putin, who ordered the invasion of Ukraine.
Chelsea are operating under a special sporting licence, which means they cannot make any money that could benefit Abramovich.
