He went on to say that 'the stuff we love are gradually returning' before announcing a series of measures that will see the entertainment and leisure sector get back on its feet.So, here's what is changing, and what you can and can't do, as lockdown eases in England.Outdoor arts performances – including theatres, opera, dance and music – will be able to resume from this Saturday, July 11, although audience numbers will be restricted and will be subject to social distancing rules.
