'Gorgeous' mum found dead lying next to daughter, 3, after missing school run
dailystar.co.ukhome.Nicole Barnes, a mum-of-four, was found dead after her children's school rang her partner Craig Galloway to say that the children had not been collected from school.The 29-year-old was discovered by her friends who attempted to resuscitate her until paramedics arrived, but her family were told she had died just a short while later.READ MORE: 'Democracy Manifest' - sting operation, music cameo and decades search for furious blokeBarnes was described as an "amazing mum" as tributes poured in for the 29-year-old, who leaves behind four children, Niamh, 10, Scott, seven, Tom, five, and Delilah, three.Barnes' cousin, Kim, has since started a fundraiser in the hopes of supporting Craig, 36, who is training to be a carpet fitter, and their children during this difficult time.
The GoFundMe has since surpassed its £20,000 goal, with funds raised by the charity drive hoping to "help to ease the financial burden".
Speaking to LiverpoolEcho, Kim said: "She picked up Delilah at 11.30am from nursery and was expected to pick her other children up later. "She just passed away on the couch.
She was an absolutely gorgeous young girl. She didn't have a bad bone in her body."She was an absolutely amazing mum and she did everything with such grace.
