Antiques Roadshow expert was left stunned when he was asked to value a 200-year-old musical penknife. In an episode of the 2015 series, which recently re-emerged on Friday, Clive Hopkins, from Berkshire, brought an exquisite Swiss-made penknife to the show at Broughton Castle, near Banbury.He told Miscellaneous specialist Jon Baddeley that the foldable knife was given by his daughter-in-law who had just gave birth.The pocket-sized penknife has two blades, one silver gilt, with the handle decorated in colourful floral patterns.It is also embellished with tiny sea pearls in the enamel coating.Expert Jon tells Clive during the show: "I have never seen one, my colleagues have never seen one and if no one has ever seen one you know it is.
