goats have been left "screaming in distress" after two of their babies were stolen – with a farmer offering a cash reward for their safe return.

Matthew Tomlinson said the pair were taken from his Lancashire farm in the early hours of Friday, February 12, and worth around £1,000 each.

He told LancashireLive they were seven and eight-weeks-old and won't survive long away from their mothers. Matthew, of Burscough, west Lancs, said: "We were feeding the animals when we noticed the mum goats were screaming.
