Geordie Shore ’s Sam Gowland has put his luxury North Tyneside home up for sale at £485,000. The 25-year-old took to his social channels to reveal that reality show fans could be in with a chance of owning his gorgeous home after he put the massive property in the Backworth area on the market for just under half a million.
