Masterchef host Gregg Wallace has revealed he eats “half a kilo” of a particular breakfast item each day, which means he has “no need to snack”.

Gregg was asked if he'd switched to any other foods in the morning now that he's "gone healthy", and Gregg disclosed that he eats a surprisingly large amount of one thing in particular.
