Garden centres in England will reopen next week as part of the first steps to ease the coronavirus lockdown, with strict social distancing measures.
This comes after it was announced Prime Minister Boris Johnson is due to reveal the next steps in Britain's battle to tackle the coronavirus on Sunday following a review by ministers of the current measures that have all but shut the economy and kept millions at home.
It has been confirmed to the PA news agency that the Prime Minister will announce on the same day that garden centres will be allowed to open their doors to customers from Wednesday May 13.
