Katie Jarvis "shouted 'black lives don't matter'" before "slapping" an 11 year old girl, an Essex court has heard.The 29-year-old appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court on Thursday, accused of assault, racially aggravated harassment, using threatening words or behaviour, assault by beating a woman and assault by beating an 11 year old girl.

She is said to have shouted: "I was on EastEnders, I'm a celebrity," during the alleged incident after starring as Kat Slater's cousin Hayley on the BBC soap.
