Ferrari boss "wags his finger" at Charles Leclerc after British Grand Prix

Ferrari following a thrilling British Grand Prix as Carlos Sainz took his maiden F1 win.As the Spaniard celebrated a landmark moment in his career, his teammate, Charles Leclerc was downbeat after feeling a potential had got away from him.

Leclerc found himself stuck behind Sainz at various points of the race and demanded to be let through.At one point he was, but the race changed following a late safety car which bunched the pack up.

Sainz, Sergio Perez and Lewis Hamilton all stopped for fresh rubber but Leclerc stayed out on hard tyres. When racing resumed, he couldn’t stay with the podium finishes and had to settle for fourth spot, just three places ahead of Max Verstappen’s wounded Red Bull. READ MORE: Max Verstappen rages at Red Bull team in X-rated rant during British Grand Prix After emerging from his car, Leclerc was intercepted by Ferrari team boss Mattia Binotto, who appeared to be issuing stern words to his driver and at one point even wagged his finger in Leclerc’s direction.Sky Sports F1’s Martin Brundle was pretty sure what was being said.“There’s Binotto saying ‘do not criticise the team’,” said the ex-F1 racer. “That was a finger wagging.” What did you think of Ferrari's tactics?
