Millie, 18, appeared in a video posted to the family-of-22's YouTube channel, where she was seen eating a sandwich as her family enjoyed the fresh air around her.
However, as originally reported by the Mirror, fans were concerned by her complexion, and were quick to comment on the video, titled Picnic With A View, that it was worth getting checked out.
