missing man Billy McDowell say they are living a "nightmare" nine weeks on from his disappearance. The last confirmed sighting of the 58-year-old was on August 2 outside his home in Whitburn, West Lothian, before he visited a number of businesses in the area.
Extensive searches have been carried out to find Billy, who suffers from a number of health issues and requires daily medication.
